Meet The Team
Owner & Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Stasha Hampton, APRN, PMNHP-BC
Stasha has worked within the health and wellness industry for over 2o years, initially as a massage therapist & chiropractic therapy assistant. She expanded her healthcare knowledge by obtaining double bachelor's degrees; one in general sciences from Belmont University and the other in nursing from Marian University. She quickly developed a passion for mental health that led her to Maryville University's Master of Science in Nursing program with the specialty focus of psychiatric-mental health.
Stasha developed her nursing skills by working at a local inpatient psychiatric facility while she was completing the psychiatric nurse practitioner program. During her tenure as a nurse, the connection was made with Middle Tennessee State University's School of Nursing to also secure a position as an adjunct clinical instructor.
Flourishing as both a nursing instructor and a rising nurse practitioner, Stasha welcomed the opportunity to practice over the last two years within a rapidly growing private practice as both a provider of mental healthcare services and later in leadership as the Assistant Clinical Directer.
These versatile trainings and career experiences laid the foundation for the vision and conception of Prosperity Mental Wellness Center; a safe space, welcoming and inclusive to all who seek a higher level of mental wellness, utilizing a whole body approach.
